What to do and when with completed transactions

Hi Dr. Pete.
Thanks for all your hard work here and at the Official Doxa Forum.
I was wondering what the best way to proceed after a watch is sold or bought. For example, should we write "sold" once a watch is sold and then how long before we should remove the post, if ever?
It could be good to leave it up to track sales trends, but maybe the board would get too cluttered or confusing.
Let us know.
Thanks again,
Robert

Robert,
I'd like to leave them up as it would be a good way to track prices and also which models get moved on the most.
Just a edit of the message to say sold is all I'd do.

Great idea Pete, as I have a couple of Doxas that I am thinking about moving on to new homes, and it would be nice to review recent prices.
