There is very little known about the Ladies SUB 200T SHARKHUNTER. Unlike it's big brother the SUB 300T SHARKHUNTER, it is a quartz movement and does not have the distinctive dive table bezel nor traditional luminous markers. The main hands and sweep hand are the usual Doxa SUB shape. The screw down crown is signed with a Swiss cross. The watch belongs to Russell Thompson who sent me the photos on this page. He doesn't know the age of it, except that it lay unworn in a jewelers for many years. As can be seen on the comparison photo, it is totally dwarfed by the re-issue models.
The SUB 200 SEAMAID, however, is really just a smaller SUB 300T SHARKHUNTER. Although it only says 200 on the dial, it is infact a Tritium model as can be seen by the Swiss T and <25 markings on the bottom of the dial. Many thanks to Leo Maloles for the great SEAMAID photos.
In 2003 Doxa issued 30 New Old Stock (NOS) SUB 200 CORALLINE (orange dial) and 20 SUB 200 NYMPH (silver dial) watches. These sold for $795. All NOS SUB 200 were overhauled, movements oiled and serviced and case and crown sealed with new gaskets. The dimensions of the ladies models are: 36mm from lug to lug, 35mm diameter including crown, 11m height and 16mm lug width. I had completely missed these photos until Lucienne pointed me in the right direction.
I believe these models were originally sold in the early 1990s. Ura's photos shows a NYMPH purchased around 1993.
